Mrs. Tshepiso Mkandawire is a wife, mom and a vibrant, lively entrepreneur who is currently in her youths. After being the Pharmaceutical industry for nearly 7 years, she took the leap of faith and resigned as she believes that we are created for more and to impact more.

In her time of being in the pharmaceutical industry, she had the opportunity to accumulate multiple skills within various departments in the organisation. These skills range from corporate communications, sales administration, finance, events coordination and territory management among others.

Currently she is the managing director of two electrical and civil engineering firms, a water manufacturing and production plant, a female empowerment company and is continuously broadening her horizons in other industries.

Mrs. Tshepiso Mkandawire is a graduate of the South African-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and also holds a 3 year degree in ministry with Christian Family Church Bible College. She has completed development courses with Stellenbosch University, these include Business Leadership and Management, and Women in Leadership.

She is passionate about uplifting and empowering other people, predominantly young girls, while reminding them of their value and substance. Her dream is to bring change in the community and to impact nations across Africa and the world, one soul at a time.
